Tim Wendelboe – Three Stars
What began in the late 1990s when Tim Wendelboe started his career at Stockfleths and competed in the Norwegian Barista Championship, marked the beginning of a singular pursuit: to refine and elevate the craft of coffee. Since then, Tim Wendelboe has grown into one of the most influential roasteries of its kind. Guided by an uncompromising commitment to clean processing methods, light roasting and transparency at origin, it has helped define what is now recognised as the Nordic style in coffee.
