Founded in Kalmar, Sweden, Balck Coffee was started by Sebastian Balck after a formative period living next to a small Italian coffee bar. Back home he began roasting in a garage with a borrowed machine and a clear purpose, cut out middlemen and put the grower in the spotlight from plant to cup.
