Quo presents a clarity first, producer focused program built on single origin coffees and light, precise roasting. Several early releases have been genuinely impressive, and pricing is notably accessible, so the value stands out. Behind the project is Christian Gullbrandsson, whose long history in Swedish coffee roasting and influence on the Gothenburg scene set a high calibration. The roastery is still young, with depth over time yet to be proven, but the direction and execution are very promising.
